US domestic shipping

Thank you for your purchase! Now that you’ve made your purchase; let’s ensure that your package is properly delivered within the time frame advertised. To ensure that packages are received please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all correspondent information. MoodByTyessen does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Returns

Return Cost

Please ship the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the total cost of the item(s) minus the shipping cost.

30 Days to Return

We want you always in a good MOOD with US! So if you aren’t satisfied with purchased items, we asked that you inform us within 30 days of purchase. Tags must still be on the item(s) and without stains or blemishes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available to customers who purchased an item that is the same price and the item returned is with tags and without blemish or stains.
